Hello, I performed blast of 20 selected gene sequences against a reference transcriptome. Out of 20 sequences, 2 of them don't have hits. I adjusted the parameters into not strict (e.g., setting value from 1E-5 to 1E-3 or 1, lowering percent identity, etc.), but the result doesn't still have hits. Do you know what to do next with these 2 genes without hits in the transcriptome?
