Hi everyone, I’ve just analyzed some 10x scRNA data using the mgatk tenx
pipeline to gather information on a heteroplasmic variant of interest. I then applied t-SNE to observe the heteroplasmy variation across cells.
I was wondering if the R Signac
package, although designed for scATAC DNA, could still help me first define the heteroplasmic variant of interest and then assist with my subsequent needs on my scRNA data.
I was reading this: mito_stuartlab
I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you very much!
