I'm looking for scRNA-seq data specifically for human lung small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and human skin melanoma. Since I'm relatively new to this data search process, I was hoping you could help guide me. I've already checked GEO, ArrayExpress, and Single Cell Portal, but haven't found anything (!!). It seems unlikely that there wouldn’t be data available for such common cancer types—I was expecting to find a substantial amount, to be honest.

Are you aware of any datasets for these cancers? The more data, the better. Please help!

https://www.google.com/search?q=sclc+single+cell and https://www.google.com/search?q=human+melanoma+single+cell brings up several publications. You can go through them to find the source data. Due to patient privacy data may require an application, approval and would likely not be openly available.

Thanks GenoMax !! I need to add one more condition - I need the single-cell platform to be 10x. The SCLC is great, it's very limited but it's a start !

On the other side, finding 10x skin melanoma data is nearly impossible which is very odd indeed
