Actually my question is why when IA search for ENSG00000260958, these three TP53TG3GP, RARRES2P5 and FGFR3P5 comes? Does this mean LOC105371200 locus does encompass these TP53TG3GP, RARRES2P5 and FGFR3P5 ?

ENSG00000260958 is marked as a novel transcript based on HAVANA (manual) analysis. It is overlapping several other items that are marked as "pseudogenes" (also by Havana analysis). This accession represents a novel transcript that has been seen in the region that contains those other entities. enter image description here

These seem to all be pseudogenes. Also seems ENSEMBL has retired ENSG00000260985 (seems that last version comes from version 75 in 2014), just to keep in mind that maybe you are working with an old file. Also seems like the image is not working proper.
