gene annotation of an eukaryotic organism

I was planning to do an annotation of a genome. I want to use BRAKER2 for this but I am getting issues with my script. If someone can share theirs it will be really helpful. Thank you!

What organism? What size?

Please define by what you want to do when you say "annotation of a genome" or "gene annotation".

Have you reached out to the Breaker2 developers?

Looked at Breaker2 tutorials?
