RNA-Sequencing, paired end reads, have aligned BAM files, and want to to use feature counts, but cannot find a gtf file for adenovirus 5 anywhere. I have checked viral gene assemblies and have reference genome/fasta file but nothing for annotation. Any ideas please?

I randomly picked one of the Adenovirus 5 genomes and it does have GTF file/sequence available here: https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCA/006/447/255/GCA_006447255.1_ASM644725v1/

More genomes here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/?taxon=28285

Thank you - I didn't see it so I clearly need to step away from the screen for a while.

A related question - I work with an intracellular human virus, and my genome is a custom genome consisting of Hg38+ virus (concatenated). I need a merged GTF file for the two for annotation (RNA-Sequencing).

What is the best way to merge two unrelated GTF files (that is NOT Agat), I cannot install Agat......
