Hi All, I am looking for internship or junior bioinformatics positions. I recently finished my masters in molecular biology and bioinformatics and have been working as a part-time bioinformatician in a local service NGS lab but there isn't much work as the business is quite slow. I'm good in analyzing NGS data and I have experience with various workflows including RNAseq, DNAseq, Metagenomics, AMR, Cancer genomics. Additionally, I am fluent in Python, R and bash scripting and I have experience in pipeline development and automation using Nextflow. Do you currently have any available positions in your lab or project where I could contribute? I would greatly appreciate it if you could share any opportunities with me.
