Hi Biostars Community, As we approach the end of the year, I have been reflecting on the lessons learned and challenges faced across bioinformatics journeys in genomics. The beauty of communities like Biostars shows
- many of us encounter similar issues
- patient and precise individuals do exist in the world to assist us
How did we get so lucky as a field ?!
I thought it would be valuable to gather insights and experiences from our community as the year draws to a close. Here is a link to a short google survey to help us reflect collectively on data quality in genomics research, with a focus on RNA.

The results will be posted after a month. Community participation and input will be incredibly valuable as we can understand our common challenges and improve our practices as a bioinformatics community. Thank you in advance.
Please note, I am posting this survey simply as a member of Biostars, and it does not represent the trailblazers (senior members) of the Biostars community. It takes 3 minutes to complete, or 5 minutes if you are in the mood to provide custom answers. I will manually update the number of responses to keep everyone informed.
Finally, my warm regards to all on Biostars who have assisted in my own posts, Chris
