What methods are there for correlating numerical data of clinical variables (e.g. blood pressure, etc..) with gene enrichment scores. Are there any Bioconductor libraries for this task?

Pearson correlation, logit analysis, maybe even Cox regression. All depends what exactly you want to do and how you want to use your numeric data, e.g. binning into categories. ChatGPT is great for these sorts of open-ended questions, even the free version. Have a chat and do brainstorming. It of course won't do the analysis for you entirely, but it's always a good starting point.
