Using ANNOVAR to identify variants falling within ALU elements

Hi,

I am trying to find if the variants in my VCF files (only G-to-C substitutions ie APOBEC edits) fall within the repetitive ALU repeats. I find that people have used ANNOVAR for similar analysis, however I couldn't find a direct answer on how to do it on ANNOVAR documentation.

Can someone help me with the same?
