I'm trying to use clinker, a gene cluster visualization tool, but now I'm getting a 502 error when I go to its online site. Can the technician who maintains the site help me with this problem?

Clear your browser cookies and cache. The website seems to be working just fine.

There is a contact/help button on that website, I suggest you use it. Not sure why you think their staff monitors this site here especially if you don't put meaningful tags.
