Hi, I'm studying at RNAseq data. I get counts table from 3 people with two replicas each and they are paired-end.

So my question is, before normalization I think I have to merge the counts. But I have no idea, could you help me?

The title of this post is misleading and should be changed. "merging paired-end reads" means something different.

I guess you are asking if the counts for replicates should be merged. That is not necessary. DESeq2/edgeR will need to know that you have replicates so they can use that information during analysis.

What is "from 3 people"? Please try to use some sort of more professional lingo.
