Dear all Which tools are suitable for annotation after align using Minimap2 and call variant using Svim for long-read Pacbio Revio CCs sequencing files for crops?

I want to do, first merge the vcf file from 4 callers after that, I want to annotation it using annotation tools

So I want help on how to merge VCF using Panpop and which annotation tools are recommended?
