Hello everyone,

I am looking for a method to perform a single-cell compositional analysis comparing two conditions (with 9 replicates per phenotype). However, I am concerned that the results might be influenced by the age of the patients included in the study. Since the samples are CSF-derived, it is difficult to include more patients or improve the study design.

What methods or packages would you recommend for this analysis? For now, I have used scProportionTest but from what i understand, this method does not allow the inclusion of covariates
