Hello all,
I am attempting to create a manhattan plot from an existing Hail VariantDataset (vds). Since I have to first generate the p-values for the set, I am attempting to use the built-in binomial function to do that. However, it seems that the .annotate_variants_expr seems to be outdated, I am not sure. Has anyone come across this problem before and have a workaround to it? Is my approach even correct? Please let me know, any help is greatly appreciated!
