How to convert RAP-DB/MSU IDS to RefSeq/Entrez Gene IDS?

Dear All,

Is there a way to convert RAP-DB or MSU gene IDs to RefSeq/Entrez Gene IDs? I want to run Joint Pathway Analysis using MetaboAnalyst, which requires input in Entrez Gene ID or UniProt Protein ID format. I tried using UniProt IDs, but it did not yield any output. Any suggestions are welcome?
