I want to do research in bioinformatics. But I don't know how to do so as I am a beginner in research(* I did some courses of bioinfo, but don't know the next phase,, i.e. research). Please give me the roadmap for getting into research. Like... (1). Decide thesis topic(2) Google to find analytics tools (3) Read GitHub…etc?
What are your reasons to start in (bioinfo) research?
If you can line-up your personal interests in this field, you likely already have a good starting point to dig deeper.
Step 1 is decide on a question you want to answer/believe needs to be answered (your topic).
If you are doing this as a researcher in a Uni, you don't necessarily need to create this yourself, as you'll join a research lab. Its not clear from your post whether you're trying to do this by yourself or something.
Try reading topics which you find interest in and when you have sufficient knowledge, you would know what are the question which are still needed to be addressed and answered
