We still have space available in our Genome Assembly workshop (virtual but live instruction – April 15-17). The workshop will cover sequencing strategies, quality control, and genome assembly using short reads, long reads, and hybrid approaches. Participants will gain hands-on experience with real data and learn how to generate high-quality genome assemblies.
