Help finding GTEx v8 file

I need to use this file GTEx_Analysis_v8_WholeGenomeSeq/GTEx_Analysis_2017-06-05_v8_WholeGenomeSeq_838Indiv_Analysis_Freeze.SHAPEIT2_phased.vcf.gz for my experiments recently, if anyone can find it, can you please send it to me, thank you very much

Looks like you may need to make an account on ANVIL (broad's online platform), where the file is supposed to be available --> https://github.com/broadinstitute/gtex-pipeline/issues/37#issuecomment-581607442

Thank you for your reply, but when I tried to log in to ANVIL, I was told that I didn't have access, so I tried to ask for help.
