How to use LOEUF plugin in VEP?

I'm trying to add the LOEUF plugin to VEP, but the link provided in the loeuf.pm file doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how I can use LOEUF with VEP? Is there other way to use LOEUF annotations without using VEP?

Inside the loeuf.pm there is a link for the LOEUF scores that can be downloaded from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7334197/bin/41586_2020_2308_MOESM4_ESM.zip but the link is not working.
