Leafcutter installation issue

I have tried to install leafcutter in my conda environment; everything was fine until I got this error: make: *** [/home/jyoti.k/.conda/envs/leafcutter/lib/R/etc/Makeconf:202: stanExports_bb_glm.o] Error 1 ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘leafcutter’

• removing ‘/home/jyoti.k/.conda/envs/leafcutter/lib/R/library/leafcutter’ Warning messages: 1: In i.p(...) : installation of package ‘httpuv’ had non-zero exit status 2: In i.p(...) : installation of package ‘/tmp/RtmptEKaCC/file1d39349076a25/leafcutter_0.2.9.tar.gz’ had non-zero exit status

I'm encountering this error again and again no matter what method I use. Can someone please help me with this?

Try to iinstall 'httpuv' separately. You may need to check for its non-R dependencies like make, zlib, libuv, etc. For more information see httpuv's CRAN page here.
