Fst Using Smartpca (Eigensoft 5.0), No Result!

Hi everyone:

I've been trying to get an fst matrix using the smartpca package implemented in the eigensoft software, but although I do not get an error I only get an output file with the first column indicating all my individuals and the second with only the number 1 for every individual.

Here is a screenshot of my input parameter file.
