What tools can I use to calculate/retrieve protein 3D structural properties like Volume, Pockets, ASA etc?

Some tools similar to Piface, 2P2I Inspector, that can help me calculate interface properties!

Have you tried RaptorX?

EDIT:

Surely one of these would work, then?

No. I'll just have a look. Thanks

It seems to predict the 3D structure? I need something that can help me predict structural properties like volume, ASA, pockets etc using the PDB ID or the protein sequence or anything else, but it should predict some property. Please let me know if I've misunderstood RaptorX and how it can help me predict property as well.

You are correct; RaptorX is nothing to do with your problem.

If you want to use a web-based tool, the WHATIF server provides a large number of tools for protein structure analysis.

Yes, WHATF is one of the many tools I linked to in my answer. Since the OP didn't specify exactly what he wanted, the best one can do is give a huge list of tools in the category he specified.

Hi Neilfws and Deedee. Thanks for the links.

I'm actually looking for some tools/databases which will allow me to calculate interface properties for proteins/protein-protein complexes.
