Locate Gsd File Given Gse

I have gene expression data in the form of GSE files that I downloaded from the GEO

I'm working through a tutorial for a similar experiment and it calls for the GSD id, but I cannot find the GSD file for my current experiment.

Any insight is appreciated.

There is no such thing as a GSD ID in GEO. However, there is a GDS. Please read the documentation.

A GDS is a GEO DataSet. It is a human-curated record and not all experiments have one. Where there is no GDS, you work with the Series (GSE).
