Dear all,

I'm wondering about a software capable of adding hydrogens to a protein structure. I'm aware of tools like whatif, molprobity, haad and others. However neither of them is capable of processing pdbx/mmcif format, which is data format I'm working with. Conversion to pdb is not helpful since it contains 2M+ atoms. Therefore, I'd like to know if you have an experience with any software, which could do the job (preferably offline service).

Thank you for help
