Hi! I would like to ask if you have any idea of where I can download rRNA sequences from plants only.

Yes, there is a database of rRNA genes for plants called the Plant rDNA Database. There is also a lot of information on GenBank so try to search there for the genes of interest. In the past, I have just constructed my own database from GenBank for screening and depending on your goal, your database may not have to be comprehensive because these sequences are very similar.
