I am using DESeq2 to generate a list of differentially expressed genes from RNA-seq data of one healthy patient and one diseased patient.

What are additional bioinformatic tools of interest that I could apply to this list of DEGs?

I would like to construct a network from this data, but is that possible to do?

I thought of inputting the list of DEGs into GOMiner, which has an output option of a DAG (directed acyclic graph). Unfortunately, I am having difficulty installing and setting up database access required for GOMiner. So now, I am looking for a tool for biologist without savvy computational skills. Maybe a program with a web interface online etc.

I realize this is an open-ended question, but I am inexperienced in this field. I would *greatly* appreciate any advice!
