I'm a PhD student in bioinformatics.

My work is to develop a generic method for inter-species comparison of metabolisms. So I'm interested in information about pathways databases (reactome, Kegg, BioCyc,...) and tools that interact with those databases.

I work also on Gene Ontology and GO annotations. In particular, I'm interested in GO semantic similarity measures.
