I am a PhD fellow in evolutionary genetics and bioinformatics. I work on Drosophila and its host-parasite interactions but also on E. coli. I mainly use microarray platforms and NGS, but am interested in various complementary -omics approaches. My background is in biology, I taught myself programming, so I can ask stupid questions ;)
