I am currently a medical student (pursuing an MD) at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. I am working in the Yegnasubramanian laboratory and teaching myself R and various bioinformatics tools/packages.

While I have some computational background, I am still figuring out how to navigate the RNA-Seq data with my current project since none of my past technical experiences have dealt with biological data.
