Computational biologist with a background in molecular biology working at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as postdoctoral researcher. Currently working with single-cell technologies, mainly ATAC-seq to identify interesting cell subtypes harboring epigenetically disregulated genes in human cancer biopsies. Interested also in system and network biology, data integration and human cell cycle.
